Pepper Chicken

I'm actually cooking most of the time and I have some pictures taken while I was cooking but really, I'm quite lazy to post them. :P Kinda losing interest in this food receipe blog. Nobody's missing out much anyway.

So the other day, I had some leftover Lemon Pepper marinade from my fish taco, so I decided to use it on my chicken!

First, you cut some chicken tenders into cubes. I like bite sizes because they are easy to eat and easy to cook. As mentioned, those Lemon Pepper mix were leftovers so I only have about half a pack left which was perfect portion for a 2 serving size meal.

It says just add juice but I don't have any so I'm gonna skip it.

Also, I'm Chinese so I always like to add some sesame oil in my dishes. I love the smell and taste of it!

I got some awesome fresh pepper from the Dollar Tree. I think its so worth it for a buck! I always feel so professional grinding some fresh pepper into my dishes. If you aren't a huge fan of pepper then I suggest you skip this step because the pre-mix marinade is supposed to already have pepper in it.

Right after I took this picture, I broke the pepper bottle! Dammit! I used my vaccumm to clean it and now my vaccumm smells like black pepper! :( Oh well. It's not too bad.

Mix everything together.... and I have no patience to let it sit and marinate. So let's begin the cooking.

Melt some butter onto the pan and pan fry the chicken for 5 mins on each side till they are brown. Add some chopped green onions on it and fry for another 20 seconds.

There, you are done! Delicious and easy chicken.

Pepper Chicken

Serves: 2

5 pieces of Chicken Tenders

2 stalks on green onions

1 teaspoon of butter (unsalted)

Some sesame oil (optional)

Cut chicken tenders into small bite size cubes. Mix the Marinade, pepper and sesame oil into chicken. Set aside. Melt butter onto pan. When it's sizzling hot, add the marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes on each side until brown. Add chopped green onions and fry for another 20 seconds.

Serve.

Easy peasy.
